Sorry Dady, j'ecrise en anglais sinon je cherche trop mes mots. Maybe it is due to my ignorance but how can after market pipes be considered elligale if the sale is not. If you purchuse an item and recieve a bill and on this bill all taxes are payed, and both Quebec and Canadian governments accept that this product be sold and the taxes to be charged on this item. Doesn't that approve a legal transation? Or are we left to beleave that the governments profit from elligale sales!

You can buy a hash pipe also but that dosen't make smoking hash legal...

The infraction is not in buying or owning an aftermarket pipe, but it's to modify the motorcycle to make more noise... It's legal to own a pipe and to install it for use on a race track, we're just not supposed to use them on public roads.

Thanks for your feedback Chaos, but here is my arguement. I took this qoute from the Hindle website (Performance exhaust systems built through racing for the street to the track.) Hindle is a Canadian company, are they not approved by the minister of Industries?

I see your point Mahmoud, but isn't something wrong the system? You can buy it but you cann't use it. Like Chaos said, you can buy a hash pipe but hash is eligale. I thought that consumers where protectide by the government, doesn't it seem they take advantage of us?
