De ce que j'ai compris la police a coupé l'ambulance et le conducteur de l'ambulance aurait fait savoir par un petit geste qu'il n'avait pas apprécié...

Le policier mal baisé a peté les plombs et a arreté les ambulanciers même si ils avaient une patiente a emmener a l'hopital...Du grand power trip de benevole de festival!!

Contraire l'ambulance sur un call a coupé/dépassé ou pas laissé passé le policier sur un call aussi ...le policier a été faire son call et est raparti après l'ambulance un peu plus tard (selon l'ambulancier il ne l'avait pas vu ou pas remarqué qu'il était sur un call )

The same article has this promising quote: "Assistant District Attorney Maxey Reilly said Friday it may be next week before she decides what charges, if any, will be filed. She did note, though, that the interference with paramedics in the performance of their duties is against the law in Oklahoma."

Second UPDATE: The Oklahoma State Police have released the dashboard video of the incident filmed from Trooper Martin's police vehicle, posted below.

We also have an update on the status of the incident: "The patrol has completed its internal investigation into the actions of trooper Daniel Martin, who has been placed on administrative leave with pay, West said. The investigation is now under review.

"Martin, a patrolman with two years experience, has been cleared of criminal wrongdoing by Okfuskee County District Attorney Max Cook. He also said he would not file charges against Creek Nation EMT Maurice White Jr., who is the person involved in the altercation with Martin."

Once again police officers get away with brutality and outright criminal behavior.

J'capote... méchant imbécile..! enlevez moi ça d'la circulation un gars de même !!! pis dire que pendant ce temps là... y'a un crime qui se commet à quec'part... j'vous le dit... les flics...trop souvent... la batch leurs montent à la tête... et ils ne sont plus les mêmes...avec le temps. (et j'en connait...)

I guess in the US, they do things differently...

It shows you that the cops in Canada are way softer than those in some other countries, no?

Si jamais tu te fait arrêter par des troopers au States, je suis convaincu que tu va retenir ta langue à l'opposé de ton savoir faire sur un clavier...

Exactly what I would have thought too...afterall there was a patient in the ambulance. I guess he wasn't in the right line when they were handing out common sense.

...je trouve extraordinaire le calme du gars qui se fait hurler par le policier.
Juste ça lui donne bcp de crédibilité face à ce policier qui perd carrément la tête. Ça ressemble à de la ségrégation raciale d'un blanc qui a du pouvoir face à un noire. humm ça fait dure

J'ai vu la même chose à Boston. Un camionneur se mettre en double pour livrer des boites. J'étais stationné à côté. Le policier arrive comme un fou sort de sa voiture et se met à hurler mais de manière super violente et soutenue pour qu'il déplace son camion....le type était d'origine latino et parlait à peine anglais.
Le policier n'a pas arrêté. S'en était même trop. J'ai klaxonné pour lui changer les idiées. Il m'a regardé puis a continué. J'allais sortir de mon auto puis le camion à quitté.

Ça fait réfléchir qu'il y a des gens de pouvoir sans jugement

C'est une tape sa yeule qu'il lui faudrait pour qu'il comprenne qu'il travail avec le public, en société et qu'il en est redevable. L'abus humm ben de la misère avec ça.
