Su questa culo di moto non corro piu was the words Max used after his last race in Turkey (and his terrible finishing position) which means "I ain't running again with this shitbike", after finishing his sentence Max dropped the RCV in front of Honda people, this people passed the scene to Seguru Kanazawa (director of HRC) which in his turn showed Max the doorway informing him that Turkey was his last race with HRC.
Allthough you could speculate this is the end of the story...it still isn't according to the same sources (Italian press) Max has stated that this was his worst career time (Yeah right...) "This bike doesn't work as it should, i totally have no support from the company, the engineers do nothing for this bike". Plus he is allready seeking legal advice to press charges against Honda (!!!!??? woa...man you must have a very big selfesteem...). Now the fun part is that according to speculations Biaggi has come to a deal with Camel Honda, but Seguru Kanazawa warned Pons team (Camel Honda) that there will not be a deal with Biaggi...they will not accept Biagi riding a Honda. More specific Seguru Kanazawa who usually makes nearly no press comments stated "La moto per Biaggi non c' e!" (La Repubblica newspaper) (meaning "There won't be a bike for Biaggi!" Now Biaggi seems loosing his next motogp season since most of the teams have reached deals with old or new riders and have nearly filled all the available positions. This is official news according to Italian press and its allready being broadcasted all over TV, radio and newspapers.

MotoGP - Biaggi on foot? To risk world-wide 2006?
Max Biaggi seriously risks not to participate to world-wide 2006. To bring back it they have been newspapers like the "Courier of the Sport" and "the Newspaper". The titles them have been much alarming, but it is indeed possible that Max remains on foot? According to newspapers over cited to make to indispettire the Honda it has been the behavior of Biaggi that to Istanbul has rilasciato declarations that are not piaciute to Tsutomi Ishii, General manager of the Honda Racing Corporation. We bring back some steps of over cited newspapers: "I make what I can - afternoon had said Max saturday -, but this for me is not to make the race. We are truly to the historical minimums, are sure that anch' I could go strongly as my companions (in Turkey, the Honda I had conquered the first three places on the departure alignment, ndr) if of it you only had the possibility. After Motegi for me it is ended, the saracinesca has been lowered and more they have not been competitive. It has happened in last the three contests and it will be repeated also to Valencia: it is not pessimism mine, but realism. Perhaps in Japan I had gone too much strong... ". Here instead what Kanazawa had said, n°1 of the Honda racing Corporation: "Biaggi - the president of the Hrc Suguru Kanazawa had said in Australia - has had more problems of the other pilots to adapt itself to the characteristics of the motion. And also we have had more difficulty with he. We have tried to help it, but with Max solution has been difficult to find one. Creed is more a problem than pilot who of motion: Max is in difficulty in the balance of the motion, the distribution, the putting to general point of the motor ". Who instead pushes in order to make that Biaggi remains in saddleback to a Honda is the Camel that beyond to being sponsor of the Pons Team is also personal sponsor of Max Biaggi. This pressure could be revealed decisive why after to have lost the last Telephone sponsor to the F1, the Honda cannot let to escape also this other world-wide colossus. Sure it is that for Biaggi the only solution is that one to remain in saddleback to the Honda why is Suzuki, Kawasaki and Ducati has already their pilots for 2006. The Suzuki in fact has practically engaged Chris Vermeulen and has in house John Hopkins, the Kawasaki has already announced the confirmation of Nakano and the arrival of Randy De Puniet while in Ducati house beyond to Loris Capirossi there will be Gibernau Silks that will very probably come made official to Valencia. |

In the words of Rossi... "Fawk!"

Envoye!! Dehors, fini le pleurage! |

According to MCN, Honda has just dumped Biaggi, the triggering cause being sick of his complaints that of course have been going on for a long time (to say the least) but apparently reached fever pitch during a meeting with top Honda brass.
Honda was so pissed they even considered barring him from riding at Valencia, according to the article, but relented... however, no way will Biaggi ever ride Honda again, or at least so some at Honda say. There had also been an idiotic stunt where Biaggi locked himself in his trailer and refused to ride, previously, as some sort of protest against Honda's "lack of progress" in addressing his complaints. His pitiful finish in Turkey, so far behind teammate Hayden, also did not help his cause. Since pretty much every manufacturer has their teams selected for 2006, Biaggi may be out in the cold, in the opinion of the article. The only possible exception, according to the article, is that Camel, Biaggi's sponsor, still likes him and is pressuring for Honda to relent, saying that their cash should enable them to say what rider they want. Overall my opinion is it's ridiculous both ways... Biaggi's behavior has been ridiculous over the years, but so is this response. There should be an intermediate step between being in good graces and being banned for life, such as telling the guy "Shut your fucking mouth and do not EVER complain in public or to the press or to any Honda executive about a Honda racebike again. Ever. Tell your crew chief and mechanics your negative opinions and complaints and no one else. You have run your mouth making Honda look bad way too much, there is zero further tolerance, you stop now and forever or you are out, simple enough. Be a professional." That should have happened long ago, and if not, should have been the response now I would think rather than going straight to a lifetime ban. Of course, actually they should have told him to shut up with the complaints long ago. It would have been to both their benefit and his. |

Isn't he the one that sais a couple of years ago that the only reason he could'nt beat Rossy was because he was on a better bike ?

Maybe, but to me he was part of the "show" and the Rossi-Biaggi rivalry brought some great racing.. sad to think this is over. |
