Team Toyota Yamaha Will Use DP Brakes

BUFFALO, NY. - DP Brakes, the leader in sintered braking technology, has announced the signing of one of the Toyota Yamaha Canada Factory Road Race Teams for the 2007 Parts Canada Superbike Championship.

Riders that are part of Team Toyota Yamaha are: 2nd Place 600 Sport Bike and Superbike Pro Rider Kevin Lacombe; HJC Pro Rookie of the Year Rider Stephan Chabot; plus "Canada’s fastest female" Catherine Nadeau. Team manager, Rob Egan stated, "In the past 30 years we have used many different types of brake pads, and every season we test different brands. It always boils down to rider preference. Our riders consistently choose DP Brakes."

"We are truly honored to be part of their program for 2007 and wish them tremendous success. Their constant feedback will enable DP Brakes to be on the leading edge of sintered metal brake pad technology and further our growth in the Sportbike market," stated Larry Mills, President of DP Brakes and Clutches North America.
