Need Paint Job

Hi I need a paint job,after my mishap at bike night sept 21. One color silver nothing fancy but nice.Its a 97 ZX-9 20.000 miles,probably end up selling it next year,cant sell it with a scratch fairing.

How bad is it? Can you touch it up yourself?
