Nice numbers don't mean much on a different dyno. For sure, with a curve like that, it has to be a wild ride. Probably a lot of fun, but as for efficiency? It's a pretty peaky little bugger too: your target RPM range is just 3000 RPM (12-15K). That powerband is as narrow as the CBR's, which is widely (pun intended) criticized for being overly narrow and yet it's anoter 1000 RPM further up the rev range...

It just goes to show that given the current state of development of 4-stroke engines, there's only so much you can do with 600cc and we are nearing the theoretical limit. If you want the high HP number, you need a high-revving motor and you'll sacrifice power down low...
