Brakes Vibration

When hard braking from anything above 60km, i get a front to back vibration on the lower end of my forks, i thought maybee my disks were waved but if i peek down wile i'm braking it seems like the lower section of my forks vibrate from front to back, the neck bearing seems ok.... any ideas?

could be almost anything seriously. Check all bolts on front end, check if wheel is strait, etc
