Fizzer,
I'm in 100% if you don't mind swinging by to accompany me. If we leave at 11 or noon, maybe we can grab a bite somewhere on the outskirts of the city and then head back into town. Like you said, this is supposed to be the last sunny day for another week. What the hell is with this weather?!?!?!?! Call me on my cell to confirm if you still have the number, or send me a PM. |

Please identify the rides you organise by one of the codes below!
R*T* will be for EASY rides. The point of these rides will be to simply take it easy. Often these rides will be done with beginners or riders that only have their temporary license to give them a chance to get used to riding bikes safely. R*S* will be for STUNT rides (wheelies, stoppies...) Just like the name of this ride says... people on these rides will be practicing wheelies, stoppies, and other stunts. These rides will give people learning to do stunts to learn from others. If you decide to go on one of those rides, only YOU will be responsible for what happens to you (accidents, tickets, etc..) R*E* Will be for EXTREME riding. When a ride of this sort is organised, people will be riding aggressively... meaning they will be riding at fast speeds and taking curves quite fast. DO NOT show up to one of those rides if you are a beginner or if you are not used to this kind of riding. Again, if something happens to you (accident, tickets, etc...) only YOU are reponsible for that and no one else can or will be held reponsible. R*I* is for intermediate rides. A ride of this sort is organised when people wish to ride safely (this does NOT mean that we will be slow as turtles). We will be riding at a normal rate. Beginners can easily come along on these rides. But it won't be as easy as an R*T*. R*A* will be for a ride with STOP Not complicated... kinda like this: ''Hey we are going to Mc Donalds on bikes !! Who wants to come ?!?'' R*D* will be for a DESTINATION ride. These are mostly long rides that will take up most of the day (or more than a day). Ex: We are going to lake placid and will be coming back tonight !!!

Fizzer,
Glad to roll with you again. I'll see if I can come up with a good route to follow. Something that'll take us out a bit, but still give us a chance to make a stop. If anyone else has a good idea, share it with us tomorrow at the meeting place. As for Marymount, if some of you don't know where this is, it's a High School on the corner of Boulevard Decarie and Chemin Cote-St-Luc. Head up the hill along Chemin Cote-St-Luc, and it's about a hundred meteres up on your right hand side. See you in the front parking lot at noon. |
